16/08/08 Bali Usada Express Workshop in Bandung Organised by Ari Wibowo family, the event was participated by 79 people and it was warmly accepted by the people from Bandung. The event was also supported by Agus, Tovan, Meme, Nia and Imam who specially came from Jakarta. Yani, our old TAPABRATA meditation friend has also brought her friends from Bandung to participate in joining the event. The audience were very serious in following the 4 hours program. A lot of participants consider to join both the Tapabrata or the Regular meditation classes. I was very happy and there were 2 interesting questions brought up by the participants that I would like to share with you: 1.Q : Is by conciously feeling our sickness will cure our sickness? A : No as the process of feeling the sickness with softness will give us the good sensation to our body but not yet giving us the medication to cure our sickness and has not been able to provide a release for the bad reaction or trauma in our memory. However, with our harmonised mind, if we consiously feel the change, it will be a very powerful medicine for our body as it will be able to release or lessen the trauma. 2. Q: Is by concentrating our mind to the body and repeatedly saying "I am cured", our sickness will be cured? A: Yes, you can cured your sickness but not totally right as you will only provide a calmness from the very strong powerful mind which coincidently providing you a cure to your sickness. However, if you learn the systematic technic to practice Usada Meditation, not only you gain a better concentration but also love and kindness, mindfulness and wisdom which is focused to the sick area and the cakra and thus sickness can be cured in a more comprehensive manner. I wished that within 2 weeks time Bali Usada Meditation could start the Regular class for 8 weeks in Bandung. May all be happy. Pak Merta Ada.
